Operator and preview status

Rain Dance Trend is operated by John Yan in Hong Kong. Contact support@raindancetrend.com. This development preview is not an offer to sell credits: public generation and checkout are not open. Features displayed as unavailable cannot be used yet.

Eligibility and accounts

Use the service only if you are at least 18 and can agree to these conditions under applicable law. If you act for another person or organization, you must have authority to do so. Keep account information accurate and protect access to the sign-in account you use. Report suspected unauthorized access through support.

Inputs and permission to process them

You retain the rights you already hold in your photos and other inputs. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, transform and use each subject, including any required permission from a depicted person. Follow the acceptable-use rules.

When you supply material to an enabled upload or generation feature, you authorize the processing, transmission to disclosed providers and storage needed to carry out that requested feature and return its results. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to advertise with your likeness. File selection in an enabled upload form can upload a file before a generation is submitted. Removing a selection does not establish that the stored file has been erased. See Privacy.

Results and rights

The planned tool uses separate images for two subjects in a dance scene. Supported subjects, output specifications and any audio capability must be described in the active generator. AI may change identity, anatomy, markings, clothing or movement, and may add unexpected elements. We do not guarantee exact likeness, choreography, uniqueness, copyright protection or a particular result.

Review the full clip before sharing. Do not represent synthetic footage as proof that a real event occurred. Your ability to publish or commercially use a result depends on the rights in its inputs, references, music, provider conditions and applicable law. No blanket commercial licence or licence to a third-party song is promised.

Credits and purchases when available

Available pack prices, credits and the cost of a task will be shown before purchase or submission. One-time packs do not renew automatically and purchased credits expire 365 days after purchase. Taxes and the final payable amount appear at checkout. Do not infer future pack prices from experimental provider costs or another website.

The Refund Policy explains unused-pack refund requests, technical failures and quality concerns. Sandbox orders and credits are test records, not production purchases or balances. Closing the browser or signing out does not cancel processing already submitted.

Availability, records and complaints

The service may be interrupted or changed. Download results you need; it is not a guaranteed permanent archive. We may restrict access to address security, abuse, rights complaints or legal requirements. An account restriction does not itself delete records or decide whether a legally required remedy applies.

Contact support with the relevant account, task or order reference to report a problem. Nothing in these conditions excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. The operator's Hong Kong location does not remove mandatory protections that apply to you.

Changes

The notice will be revised as the public service is completed. Review the current terms and point-of-collection notices before new tasks or purchases. Later edits do not remove existing legal rights.
